Due to the footprint of the building covering 90% of the overall site, the building is being erected in 3 phases working from the furthermost point towards the site entrance. This significantly reduced the client’s Crane cost by enabling all fitting to be carried out using a 100 tonne crane as opposed to a 300 tonne which would have been required to erect in one phase.
